Addendum: On ██/██/████ the UK government closed SCP-409. Shortly afterwards, the power plant's distribution system underwent a catastrophic failure. Following this, maintenance workers reported seeing a large, humanoid entity within the plant's control room. No further reports of activity have been made since.
