Special Containment Procedures: SCP-931 is to be contained in a specially constructed storage unit located at Site-123. Standard security precautions are to be taken at the entrance to this site. The containment area should be monitored via video surveillance 24 hours per day.

SCP-931-1 are to be kept in separate, locked containers and handled with caution. All procedures relating to SCP-931-1 must pass through two Level 3 personnel who are fully trained in handling hazardous material, and have been tested for knowledge of their actions by either both themselves or their supervisor.

Description: SCP-931 consists of a wooden box, approximately 1 meter tall with a diameter of 45 cm. It has no visible openings.

SCP-931 will produce a total of 10 SCP-931-1 instances upon any opening, breaking or attempting to open it. These instances will resemble various forms of poisonous plants and are capable of being used as such.

SCP-931 comes from a region known as Anatolia, in modern day Turkey. The area currently contains the largest number of people who speak the Indo-European language group. The approximate date the anomalous properties manifested is unknown but is believed to be from after 1930 CE.
